We use two layered coating of zinc electroplating and UV-Resistance Powder Coating (Black-Shining), it can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt and etc. It also extend the lifetime after 1.5 million cycles.
Each of the production steps (choose the materials, production, make the final shape,
finish treatment/electroplate, package) will have the quality control (QC).
Before sending the product to the clients, we will have the final quality control (QA).
Make sure that all the products have passed the industrial standard.
