A spring is arranged between the fixed bracket and the elastic steel sheet, and a rubber strip is fixed on the lower surface of the elastic steel sheet. The spring can make the rubber strip contact the car windshield evenly. At the same time, after the rubber strip is aged and stiff, the aged wiper will not scratch the car windshield due to the elastic effect of the spring. In addition, a sheath is provided on the fixed bracket, and connecting ears are provided on the inner two walls of the sheath. The two side edges of the fixed bracket are inserted into the connecting ears, and the base passes through the sheath. The sheath surrounds all other structures except the base and the rubber strip, so that other structures inside the sheath are protected and foreign objects will not enter. At the same time, it reduces the spring from being soaked by rainwater and avoids the spring from being corroded.
