The rear wiper periodically oscillates to remove rain, dust, and other contaminants from the rear windshield, ensuring a clear view of the road through the rearview mirror.
Hatchbacks are more susceptible to dirt accumulation on the rear windshield due to the aerodynamic characteristics of the rear end, so a rear wiper is required.
Daily Use Precautions:
Avoid dry wiping without water to prevent abnormal wear of the rubber blades.
Clean ice from the blades before winter use to prevent motor overload.
Check the condition of the wiper blades regularly and replace them immediately if cracks are detected.
It is recommended to replace the rubber blades every 6-12 months. When replacing, please note the following：
- 1.Lift the wiper arm to a vertical position.
- 2.Press the wiper blade latch to unlock.
- 3.Remove the old wiper blade parallel to the wiper arm.
- 4.Install the new wiper blade in reverse order.
When parking outdoors for long periods, it is recommended to keep the wiper arm upright to prevent the rubber blade from sticking to the glass.
